Yes and no! We are happy to provide these services through our contacts, but we are equally happy for you to go direct yourself. Builders we carry out work for tend to use their own scaffold and skip companies due to saving through their businesses, but if you don't usually use these services yourself, then we'd recommend letting us take care of it for you, as we get discounts for using these services regularly and know exactly what we need to complete the job. Ultimately saving us time and your money.

Sure! The best way to do this, is for us to measure up for the quantities and put you in direct contact with the merchants. This will allow you to save money while making sure you have the correct materials. Certain tiles require certain batten, certain materials require certain membrane, certain coding of lead is required for different jobs etc. Let us help you get it right.

We issue all new roofs with a Roof Warranty if the materials are new and not reclaimed, as we can't guarantee the lifespan of a previously used material. Our standard Warranty is 10 years, but all our products will far outlive this warranty. For example an EPDM roof will easily double this Warranty.

We provide various payment options as we understand different people like doing things differently. The majority of people pay using BACS by directly transferring the payment to our business bank account. Other forms of payment include Cheque, Cash or Card payment (T&C's Apply)

This is solely down to the size of the job. Small to medium size jobs don't require either a deposit or instalment payments. However larger jobs like a full re-roof may require a deposit. This deposit is to secure a percentage of materials as certain materials are very costly and non refundable with suppliers. Unfortunately we have had clients change their minds and have left us with tiles we cannot use. All other materials, Scaffold, Skip hire and labour is covered by ourselves until completion of the job.
